A nurse in black scrubs drawing blood from a man's arm in a bright clinic room.

Your blood test, at a lab or at home.

Book in fifteen minutes, and test 100+ markers across two blood draws. Results in 10 days or less.

No more waiting on your health. Get clarity in four steps.

  1. A woman in a knit sweater booking a blood test on her phone at home.

    Step 01

    Book a draw

Pick a partner lab or a home visit. What to do the night before arrives with the booking rather than at the door, which is the difference between a fasted sample and a wasted morning.

    • Partner lab or a home visit
    • Prep sent with the booking

  2. The Clare app on a phone, showing a body map of a member's health and a summary of their latest blood panel.

    Step 02

    See what it means

Results arrive as scores and directions rather than a wall of numbers, each read against your own history instead of a population average. A result inside the range that has moved every year is still a result worth seeing.

  3. A man running along a seafront path at sunrise, wearing a smartwatch.

    Step 03

Get a plan you can act on

What to change, what to take, what to treat and what to leave alone. Built from your own results rather than a template, and short enough to actually start.

  4. A woman resting in an armchair with a coffee, a small plaster on her arm after a blood draw.

    Step 04

    Retest, then adjust

The second panel later in the year is the honest part. It says whether any of it worked, and the plan changes on what it finds rather than on how the year felt.

    • The plan updates on what changed

Set against a check-up

The same blood, read a different way.

A standard check-up

Ten minutes, once a year

Book weeks ahead, take the appointment, and hold every question until the next one.

A routine panel

Around fifteen markers, chosen to rule out illness rather than to catch what is drifting.

A lab report and a range

A result inside the range goes unmentioned, however far it has moved since last year.

Come back next year

The advice ends with the appointment, and the next look is twelve months away.

You find out how the year felt

With nothing measured in between, whether any of it worked stays a matter of opinion.

100+ markers, twice a year

A first draw and a retest later the same year, both across the full panel.

Read against your own history

Every result is set against your own numbers rather than against a population average.

A plan you can act on

Habits, supplements and treatment, built from your own results and short enough to start.

A retest that settles it

The second panel says what actually changed, and the plan updates on what it finds.

Before you book.

  • At a partner lab, or at home where a home draw is available in your emirate. Both use the same panel and the same reference ranges, so a result does not mean something different depending on where you sat down.

  • For some markers, yes. You are told exactly what to do and when before the appointment rather than at the door.

  • Ten days or less from the draw, and you are told when they are in rather than left checking.

  • The panel is run by a licensed laboratory, which has its own procedures for anything abnormal or urgent and contacts you under them. Inside Clare, each result arrives with what it measures, where you sit, and what has changed since last time.

  • You get a plan: what to change, what to take, what to treat and what to watch. The retest later in the year is what tells you whether it worked.
