Blood test questions, answered.
What the membership covers, how the testing works, what the results mean, and what happens to your data.
Membership
A first blood panel, a retest later in the year, and everything built on top of them: 100+ biomarkers across the two draws, your biological age and health scores, a plan that turns the results into something to do, and Clare AI to ask about any of it. An on-demand care team is coming.
It also includes the app, where your results, your plan and your history stay in one place rather than in a folder of PDFs.
Adults who want to know where their health stands before anything goes wrong. Most people who join feel fine, which is the point: the markers that matter move for years before symptoms do.
Clare is not urgent care. If something needs attention today, see a doctor today.
No. Clare gives you a first panel, a plan and a team to keep it moving. Your own physician keeps treating you, and your results are yours to share with them.
Yes. Membership runs yearly and you can cancel it. Results already produced stay yours, and you can export them.
Testing
Blood markers across metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, liver, kidney and inflammatory health, plus the scores derived from them. The full list is published before you book, and it does not change without notice.
At a partner lab, or at home where a home draw is available in your emirate. Both use the same panel and the same reference ranges, so a result does not mean something different depending on where you sat down.
For some markers, yes. You are told exactly what to do and when before the appointment rather than at the door.
Ten days or less from the draw, and you are told when they are in rather than left checking.
The panel is run by a licensed laboratory, which has its own procedures for anything abnormal or urgent and contacts you under them. Inside Clare, each result arrives with what it measures, where you sit, and what has changed since last time.
Results
A standard physical checks a handful of markers against a population average. A Clare panel covers far more ground and reads it against your own history, so a result that is technically in range but moving in the wrong direction still gets caught.
A group of related markers read together instead of one at a time. A single number in range tells you little. The same number alongside the ones it moves with tells you where a system is heading.
An estimate of how your body is ageing compared with the calendar. It is a summary rather than a diagnosis, and it is most useful as something to move.
You get a plan: what to change, what to take, what to treat and what to watch. The retest later in the year is what tells you whether it worked.
Care team, coming soon
Clare AI, from day one. It answers questions about your own results and plan, and it does not diagnose. An on-demand care team is coming; until it is here, anything clinical goes to your own doctor.
It reads your results and your plan and answers questions about them. It does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it hands anything clinical to a person.
Where we can, yes. Continuity is most of the value of having a team at all. When a specialist is the right person for a question, they arrive with your context rather than starting from nothing.
Privacy and payments
Your results are encrypted, and are visible to you and to the clinicians involved in your care. They are not sold, and they are not used to train anything.
Your health data in the UAE: what Clare keeps, and who sees it
Yes, apart from the records a licensed health provider is required by law to keep. We tell you which those are rather than leaving you to find out.
Membership is yearly and billed in dirhams. You see the price before you enter a card, and it does not change mid-term.
A medical consent covering the testing and the care, and the membership terms. Both are readable before you pay rather than after.
